1. In the UAE, the Al Ansari Wallet allows seamless payments via QR Code at all partnered merchants. It is also accepted at Al Ansari Exchange branches (Agent Networks), enabling users to conveniently pay for available services through the wallet.

Once you are logged into the Al Ansari Wallet app, you will see your total balance on the “Home screen”.

You can view your transaction history on the Al Ansari Wallet. Please go to the “Home” page, scroll down to “Recent Transactions” and click on “View All” to access your transaction history.

You can add money to your Al Ansari Wallet using the methods below:

• Transfer money from your Al Ansari Exchange salary card.
• Top Up using Debit Card/Prepaid Cards
• Visit any Al Ansari Exchange branch to add money. To access your nearest branch location, click here https://alansariexchange.com/branches/.

You can send money to other Al Ansari Wallet users using the “Send Money” option on the wallet’s “Home” screen. Also, you can transfer money to other countries using the International Transfer option on the wallet’s “Home” screen.

You can withdraw cash at any Al Ansari Exchange branch.  AED 2 (VAT excluded) fee applies for cash withdrawal.

This feature is not yet available in Al Ansari Wallet.

You can send money to 12 countries: India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Egypt, Uganda, Kenya, Ethiopia and Ghana

Charges may vary depending on the corridor and the amount you are sending.

The maximum transfer limit is AED 10,000 per transaction daily, and AED 25,000 monthly.
